Tampa Bay Mission of Hope is a faith-based nonprofit organization dedicated to ending homelessness, hunger, and poverty in the Tampa Bay area. Founded in 2016 by Dr. Reba Haley, the organization exists to provide hope, dignity, and practical support to individuals and families facing hardship.

Through community outreach, Tampa Bay Mission of Hope serves those in need by addressing both immediate and long-term challenges. Core services include weekly food distribution through the Hope Food Pantry, emergency cold-weather shelter in partnership with Hillsborough County Government, and supportive programs designed to restore stability and self-sufficiency.

The organization also operates Naomi’s Safe Haven for Women Shelter, providing a safe, supportive environment for women experiencing homelessness or crisis. Tampa Bay Mission of Hope is committed to holistic care—meeting physical needs while supporting emotional, spiritual, and personal restoration.

Since 2011, community outreach efforts have included consistent food distribution to families and individuals in need. Today, food is distributed every Saturday at 9:00 AM at 110 S. Parsons Avenue, Brandon, FL 33511.

Guided by compassion and service, Tampa Bay Mission of Hope continues to be a trusted resource for those seeking help, healing, and hope.
