Dr. Reba serves as the founder and CEO of the Tampa Bay Mission of Hope established in 2016 to end homelessness, hunger and poverty. She is also the founder of Naomi's Safe Haven for Women Shelter located in Hillsborough County. She is an ordained minister, author, consultant, therapist, and family supreme court mediator. Her mission focuses on eradicating poverty, hunger, and homelessness while working to restore the lives of women and families. She is the author of Understanding Mental Health from a Christian Perspective and helps families process and heal from life events on her podcast The Healing Path.  Since 2011 Tampa Bay Mission of Hope community outreach provides food distribution through the Hope Food Pantry on a weekly basis. Currently food is distributed Saturday at 110 S Parson Brandon, Fl 33511 @ 9 am

Tampa Bay Mission of Hope is a contractual partner with Hillsbough County  Government to provide cold weather shelter to those without heat and/or homeless. ​
